The first days of mobility, which were particularly interesting, began with a tour of the hosting educational institution, followed by three workshops during which materials created by students and teachers from partner countries were presented. The topics covered were:

The correlation between specific grape parameters (sugar concentration, acidity, pH, harvest date) and temperature and precipitation values in the last 20 years in the respective region, for two white and two red grape varieties.
Certain characteristics of two white and two red grape varieties, both local and international.
The dual education model in each participating country, its advantages, and disadvantages.

The project meeting of young winemakers takes place in a small wine town in Modra, Slovakia. Work effort, cooperation and friendships are also created here.

Erasmus + project is interesting about clima change.

In the area of Practical trainee centre Stredná odborná škola vinársko - ovocinárska in Modra is the monitoring station records precipitation values, wind strength, and length of sunshine.

The values are transferred to the database and serve to signal the occurrence of diseases and pests. Data are also collected to evaluate changes in temperature and precipitation within climate change and the impact on vine cultivation.

The first Transnational meeting of this project took place in Klosterneuburg-Austria and Modra Slovakia from 2 to 6 May 2022.

It was a condensed activity, loaded with technical information, collegial atmosphere, anticipating an upward course of the project with participants from Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Greece, Austria and Romania.
